Please read this policy with our Subscription Agreement.

1. Website scope
These terms govern the public website at maintaincmms.com. Registration, Demo and paid product use are additionally governed by the Subscription Agreement, Acceptable Use Policy and applicable checkout terms.
2. Information, not professional advice
Website material is general information about maintenance software. It is not engineering, safety, legal, financial or regulatory advice and must not replace competent assessment of machinery, statutory duties or safe systems of work.
3. Accuracy and changes
We use reasonable care to keep public information accurate but may update features, screenshots, availability and pricing. The price, tax, plan and renewal information displayed at checkout governs a purchase. We do not promise that every general article is complete for every industry or country.
4. Intellectual property
The website, Maintain CMMS brand, original text, design, graphics and software are owned by John Lambert or licensed to us. You may view and print pages for internal evaluation. You may not reproduce substantial material commercially, remove notices, misrepresent affiliation or use the brand without permission.
5. Links and third parties
Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not mean we control or endorse their content. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices.
6. Prohibited website use
Do not attack, disrupt, scrape at unreasonable volume, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, submit false enquiries or use public forms for spam. The Acceptable Use Policy applies to public forms and Demo access.
7. Liability and governing law
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for business decisions made solely from general website material or for third-party sites. Product liability is governed by the Subscription Agreement.
English law governs these website terms and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory law.
